Are you a customer service leader who loves running the operation and diving deep into the numbers? Do you enjoy managing people, analyzing data, and turning insights into action? If call center leadership, reporting, and process improvement get you excited — this role is for you.
We’re looking for a Customer Service / Call Center Manager to lead our operations across North Dallas TX and Anaheim, CA. You’ll manage supervisors and frontline teams, drive performance through analytics and reporting, and help shape a best-in-class customer experience in a manufacturing-driven environment.
This role reports to senior leadership and plays a key role in operational strategy and execution.
What You’ll Be Doing:
?? Lead & Inspire the Team
- Manage a team of at least 20 members
- Coach and develop supervisors and customer service teams
- Build an accountable, engaged, results-focused culture
?? Run Call Center Operations
- Oversee day-to-day call center performance across multiple locations
- Ensure service levels, quality standards, and customer satisfaction goals are consistently met
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly
?? Own the Numbers
- Deliver strong analytical insights to improve performance and efficiency
- Create and present robust reporting on KPIs, trends, and service metrics
- Use data to identify opportunities, solve problems, and guide decision-making
??? Leverage Technology
- Use and optimize the Genesys telephone system to drive call center performance
- Partner on system enhancements that improve reporting, visibility, and workflow
?? Support a Manufacturing Environment
- Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Production teams
- Navigate the complexities of customer service within a manufacturing-based organization
?? Travel & Collaborate
Travel regularly between North Dallas, TX and Anaheim, CA to support alignment and leadership engagement
What You Bring:
? Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or Call Center Manager
? Hands-on experience with the Genesys telephone system
? Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data
? Strong reporting experience (KPIs, dashboards, service metrics)
? Experience leading teams with both direct and indirect reports
? Background working in a manufacturing environment
? Bachelor’s degree preferred (a plus, not required)
