Education Analytics (EA) is seeking a Services Delivery Lead to oversee the successful execution of partner-specific service engagements. This role is responsible for ensuring service deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with partner expectations. The Services Delivery Lead works closely with cross-functional teams including Implementation, Product, and Support to coordinate service execution, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing partner support.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, partner-focused, and experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously. This role plays a critical part in ensuring contractual commitments are met while delivering customized solutions that align with EA's products, services, and strategic priorities.


Candidates with significant experience managing complex service engagements, leading cross-functional initiatives, and mentoring team members may be considered for the Senior Services Delivery Lead role.

Requirements:

Services Delivery & Project Management

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of partner-specific service engagements.
  • Coordinate activities across Implementation, Product, Support, Data Science, and Engineering teams as needed.
  • Ensure service deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.
  • Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies, proactively addressing issues that may impact delivery.
  • Support contract fulfillment by ensuring services are delivered according to partner agreements and organizational standards.
  • Track and communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to internal stakeholders and partners.

Partner Engagement

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned partners regarding service delivery activities.
  • Build strong relationships with partners and collaborate to resolve delivery challenges.
  • Facilitate communication between partners and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Support partner onboarding, implementation activities, and ongoing service engagements.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery processes, tools, and documentation.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices that enhance efficiency, consistency, and quality.
  • Support the evolution of EA's service offerings by providing feedback and insights from partner engagements.

Additional Responsibilities for Senior-Level Candidates

  • Lead highly complex or strategic service engagements.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to Services Delivery Leads.
  • Assist with partner escalations and complex delivery challenges.
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across the Services team.
  • Support resource planning and cross-functional coordination for large-scale initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in education, business, public policy, economics, or a related field.
  • Experience managing projects, service delivery engagements, partner relationships, or similar client-facing work.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

Preferred

  • Experience working in education technology, consulting, nonprofit, or data-driven organizations.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience supporting technical, analytical, or software-based solutions.

Leveling Guidelines

Services Delivery Lead

  • Typically, 3–5 years of experience in service delivery, project management, partner engagement, or a related field.

Senior Services Delivery Lead

  • Typically, 5–7+ years of experience managing service delivery programs, complex partner engagements, or strategic projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring team members and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
