Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with new clients and maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers
- Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend appropriate options
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to provide continued support and service
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and information
- Work toward individual performance goals while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
Compensation:
- $73k-80k OTE year one
RequirementsIdeal Background
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort speaking with people and building professional relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Organized and detail oriented
- Basic familiarity with computer programs such as word processing, spreadsheets, and CRM tools
- A positive, confident, and professional approach
- Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. Training and mentorship are provided for individuals who are motivated to learn
