<p>We are seeking a HERS Rater to become a part of our team!&nbsp;You will do testing and inspections on New and Existing Homes. We will provide you with a company van and all testing equipement. Pay will be based on experience.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>To do HERS testing on new and existing projects</li>
<li>Must be good with a computer to load pictures into software</li>
<li>Maintain vehicle and equipment</li>
<li>Make sure your vehicle is serviced&nbsp;on a regular basis (Oil Changes and Service)</li>
<li>Keep communication with office when a problem arises</li>
<li>Perform&nbsp;other duties&nbsp;as assigned to you each day</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2 years Previous experience as a HERS Rater</li>
<li>Familiar with all testing and equipment&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must be EPA Certified</li>
<li>Ability to work independently</li>
<li>Good communication skills with customers and builders</li>
<li>Must have a good driving record</li>
<li>Being Energystar certified a plus</li>
