Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our on-site team in Celebration, FL. The Physical Therapist will play an integral role in evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapy programs to aid in rehabilitation and recovery. Responsibilities include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, treating patients recovering from surgeries or injuries, and providing care in alignment with state-of-the-art techniques. The therapist will also educate patients and families on exercises and assist in transitioning patients back to daily activities or work conditions effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient Care
- Solid foundation in Medicine and treatment techniques for orthopedic and sports-related conditions
- Experience providing Home Care or outpatient therapy as part of comprehensive patient support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and educate patients
- Bachelor’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida
- Experience in orthopedics or post-operative care is a plus
