Compensation: $20.00–$25.00 per hour
Location: Nashville, TN
Schedule: Full-time
Travel: Occasional travel (2–3 weeks at a time)

What You’ll Do
- Install window treatments, acoustic wall upholstery, and PVC stretch ceilings in commercial and residential settings
- Report to the Operations Field Supervisor and support lead installers on job sites
- Prepare work areas, operate power tools safely, and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Ensure the quality, precision, and safety of all installations
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors about site conditions and progress
- Keep detailed notes and report project updates to your superior
- Maintain compliance with all safety procedures and participate in ongoing training
- Represent Contexture’s professionalism and customer-first approach on every job site
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. overhead and work at various heights
- Comfortable working on feet for extended periods and in varied conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends as projects require
- Willingness to travel for 2–3 weeks at a time for out-of-state projects
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
