Job Description
Role Overview
The Senior Product Manager will create and evolve a set of product & service offerings spanning private cellular networking, managed connectivity, and recurring revenue services. This role seeks a product leader with a strong technical foundation in networking or telecommunications who excels at translating real-world customer and deployment needs into scalable, repeatable, and monetizable offerings. The Senior Product Manager will operate at the intersection of customer outcomes, technical feasibility, and commercial execution, playing a hands-on role in shaping products and services from concept through deployment and lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Strategy
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle for assigned product and service areas (e.g., private LTE/5G networking services, managed connectivity, subscription-based and recurring revenue services, network edge, or adjacent service layers)
- Translate customer problems, field insights, and partner inputs into clear product requirements, roadmap priorities, and repeatable service definitions
- Ensure product and service decisions align with long-term platform strategy while remaining grounded in operational and economic reality
Customer & Market Engagement
- Engage directly with current and prospective customers to understand operational requirements, deployment constraints, and ongoing service needs
- Act as a product subject-matter expert in customer discussions, pilots, and early deployments, with a focus on validating long-term value and renewal drivers
- Incorporate feedback from live environments into iterative product and service improvements
Execution & Delivery
- Define product and service requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Go-To-Market teams to deliver solutions that are deployable, supportable, and structured for recurring revenue
- Support launches with pricing and packaging inputs for subscription and managed service offerings, as well as sales enablement and internal training
Recurring Revenue & Service Design
- Help design and refine managed, subscription, or usage-based service offerings that extend customer value beyond initial deployments
- Contribute to the definition of service tiers, SLAs, and operational models that support predictable, repeatable revenue
- Identify opportunities to evolve one-time solutions into ongoing services that improve customer outcomes and lifetime value
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as the connective tissue between product strategy, service design, and execution across internal teams
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners, regulatory stakeholders, and internal experts where product and service decisions intersect with standards or compliance
- Contribute to the evolution of product and service management discipline, tooling, and best practices as the organization scales
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience in networking, telecommunications, infrastructure, or adjacent technical domains
- Proven experience managing technical products and/or service-based, recurring revenue offerings
- Solid understanding of IP networking, WAN/LAN, wireless (LTE/5G), or managed networking services
- Ability to translate technical complexity into clear, actionable product and service decisions
- Comfort operating in environments with ambiguity, evolving requirements, and real-world constraints
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with subscription-based, managed, or usage-based service models
- Experience with private cellular, fixed wireless, or managed network services
- Exposure to utility, public sector, or mission-critical infrastructure environments
- Background working closely with deployment, operations, or professional services teams
Why This Role
- Opportunity to help shape an emerging category of private cellular solutions and recurring service offerings for critical infrastructure
- Direct influence on products and services moving from strategy into live customer deployments
- High-visibility role in a growing product organization focused on durable, repeatable revenue
- Ability to work closely with customers solving real, operationally critical problems over the full lifecycle
