Holland Sharpe is hiring Production Associates and Machine Operators to join our growing manufacturing team.

Pay & Schedule
- Starting pay: $21.50 – $23.00 per hour
- 12-hour shifts (2-2-3)
- Work only 15 days per month
- Day and night shifts available
- Opportunities for overtime
Responsibilities:
- Operate automated manufacturing and production equipment
- Set up and calibrate machines for production
- Monitor machines to ensure quality standards
- Inspect finished components for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot minor production or equipment issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow safety procedures and 5S standards
