Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough audits of system data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Review imported data for inconsistencies or missing information and make necessary corrections.

• Verify and update data using multiple reliable sources to maintain integrity.

• Utilize software tools such as Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel to process and analyze information.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline data auditing processes.

• Maintain meticulous records of auditing activities and findings.

• Identify and address discrepancies in system data promptly and effectively.

• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

• Apply auditing principles to support auditing tasks when applicable.

• Develop strategies to improve data accuracy and auditing efficiency

• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel.

• Experience working with various computer programs and data processing tools.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with auditing data during and post system conversion(s).

• Ability to work with PDFs and manage document integrity.

• Excellent organizational skills for handling large amounts of data.

• Commitment to producing high-quality and accurate work.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
