- Ability to explain financial information clearly to non-technical partners
- Organized, dependable, and capable of balancing project work with daily responsibilities

- Analyze financial results relative to peer and competitor institutions.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to evaluate product profitability and financial performance drivers.
- Supporting treasury, liquidity, and investment activities
- Assist with managing the investment portfolio bond accounting system.
- Support oversight of daily cash positioning, correspondent bank balances, and borrowing capacity.
- Building credibility with auditors, examiners, and regulators
- Compile, organize, and maintain documentation supporting treasury functions.
- Help maintain internal controls, procedures, and SOX-related requirements.
- Growing into a well-rounded treasury and finance professional
- Serve as backup for designated treasury functions.
- Support strategic initiatives, investor-related reporting, and special projects as assigned.
