Acura of Highland Park is building a strong, disciplined sales operation — and we are looking for a Sales Manager who can help lead that effort.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands how to desk deals, develop people, and drive consistent performance.
What You’ll Actually Do:
• Desk and structure deals to ensure profitability and lender compliance
• Work directly with sales consultants to improve close rates and consistency
• Coach and train daily — not occasionally
• Drive accountability around follow-up, appointments, and CRM usage
• Support inventory pricing, deal flow, and overall sales strategy
• Help maintain a professional, structured sales environment
• Step into deals when needed to support and close business

This is an active leadership role that requires presence, structure, and accountability.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk position.
$120,000 – $180,000+ per year
Compensation dependent on experience and performance.
