Now Hiring: Clinic Nurse (LPN/LVN) – Castle Hills, TX
Location: Castle Hills, TX
Pay Rate: $37.17/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 32–40 hours per week | Includes every other weekend
Schedule Details
- 32–40 hours per week
- Shifts range 7–10 hours during clinic operating hours
- Work schedule created in 6-week blocks after 3 weeks of training/orientation
- Must be available for every other weekend and some major holidays
- Must be OK to float to other nearby clinic locations
Overview
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you’ll provide one-on-one patient care in a supportive outpatient/retail-based clinic setting.
Responsibilities will include:
- Administering vaccines and injections (flu, COVID, TB tests, etc.)
- Taking and documenting patient vital signs
- Assisting providers in emergency situations when needed
- Registering, checking in, and checking out patients
- Supporting clinic operations (appointment scheduling, reminder calls, managing the waiting room)
- Preparing the clinic and waiting area for the best patient experience
- Delivering patient education and providing excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted LPN or LVN license in TX
- At least 1 year of healthcare experience
- Prior experience giving vaccines and injections
- Ability to take vital signs and document in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Current BLS certification (must include CPR & AED)
- Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room
