Your Role:

• Develop and grow commercial accounts in Kansas City
  Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, developers, GCs, insurance reps
  Lead projects from sales through completion
  Be the main point of contact for your clients
  Coordinate with estimators, crews, vendors, and operations
  Ensure job profitability and customer satisfaction
  Manage budgets, timelines, and documentation

What Were Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial low-slope roofing sales and project management
  Strong Kansas City market knowledge and network
  Proven sales record and client management skills
  Excellent organization and communication
  Valid drivers license and ability to access rooftops
