Position Overview

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Pediatric Outpatient role at Carris Health Rice Rehabilitation Center.

This role focuses on working with children in an outpatient setting, helping improve communication, speech, and developmental skills.

Facility Information

• Facility: Carris Health Rice Rehabilitation Center
• Location: Willmar, MN
• Setting: Pediatric Outpatient
• Schedule:
  • Mon–Thu: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Fri: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Clinical Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric speech & language disorders
• Work with:
  • Developmental delays
  • Communication disorders
  • Feeding/swallow issues (if applicable)
• Develop and implement plan of care (POC)
• Educate families and caregivers
• Maintain clinical documentation

Requirements

MN SLP License (in hand)
Minimum 1 year experience
Pediatric experience preferred
Willing to meet strict compliance timelines

Compliance Requirements (VERY IMPORTANT)

Fingerprinting IN PERSON in MN before start (mandatory)
Labs within 48 hours of signing
RTO: Max 7 days, none in first 2 weeks
Must live >25 miles from facility
