<li>Move parts weighing up to 40 pounds, and with assistance, up to 80 pounds.</li>
<li>Adapt to different assembly tasks according to production changes.</li>
<li>Adhere to instructions that ensure the highest quality standards.</li>
<li>Maintain an organized work area by adhering to safety protocols.</li>
<li>Available for overtime and weekend shifts to meet production goals.</li>
<li>Ensure regular presence at work to sustain team momentum.</li>
<li>Open to additional assignments to boost learning and effectiveness.</li>
