Job DescriptionBioTechnique, a division of PSC Biotech Corporation, is a sterile injectable full service CDMO providing cytotoxic and therapeutic sterile injectable fill-finish services. From IND applications through commercial scale production, we provide formulation and compounding, fill-finish, and lyophilization services for a wide variety of liquid injectables. BioTechnique utilizes our team’s expertise to create a process design for our clients’ products that best suits their needs.

Your Role
We are hiring a Marketing Specialist I to join our team in York, PA. This position will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and execute marketing strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and customer engagement for BioTechnique. This is an entry-level role, ideal for a creative and analytical thinker, eager to grow, and passionate about the life sciences industry. This role is fullt-ime on-site in York, PA.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns in collaboration with sales and technical teams, ensuring marketing efforts align with overall business goals.
- Support day-to-day marketing activities, such as tracking campaign timelines, maintaining content calendars, and updating marketing collateral.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Learn and apply SEO principles to enhance content discoverability.
- Assist in the development and editing of marketing content, such as social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Organize and support logistics for marketing events, webinars, and conferences (e.g., managing attendee lists, preparing promotional materials, and coordinating follow-ups).
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and company standards.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing support role. (Experience in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals or biotech is a plus).
- Must be able to work on-site in York, PA.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for learning and innovation.
- Creative thinking and problem solving skills, essential for developing engaging and compelling marketing campaigns.
- Ability to travel/attend occasional events such as tradeshows and conferences as needed.
