Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptionally adaptable Personal Assistant to support the Couple with both high-level executive tasks and hands-on domestic assistance. This role demands someone who is equally confident managing business logistics—such as calendar coordination and travel arrangements—as they are navigating household duties, including pet care, errands, and personal styling. The ideal candidate is proactive, gracious, professional, and personable, capable of transitioning seamlessly between domains with tact and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Calendar & Schedule Management
- Arrange and maintain complex business and personal schedules, ensuring seamless daily flow and prioritization.
- Travel Planning & Logistics
- Coordinate with the travel team for domestic and international travel: book flights, hotels, transportation, prepare detailed itineraries, and handle travel documentation and expense tracking
- Communication & Correspondence
- Act as a primary liaison—screen calls, manage emails, draft correspondence, and handle office-level communications with discretion
- Meeting & Project Support
- Assist with meeting prep, attend and take notes where needed, and see projects through to completion—including both routine and ad hoc tasks
Personal & Household Support
- Errands & Domestic Tasks
- Manage errands on occasion—grocery pickups, dry cleaning, pet walks, and light upkeep tasks such as making the bed or tidying common areas
- Event & Lifestyle Coordination
- Offer thoughtful assistance with wardrobe decisions, gift selection, party planning, and personal occasions, serving as a stylish and considerate aide.
- Home & Vendor Liaison
- Support with the coordination of vendors, service providers, and any household staff.

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven Track Record: 4–7 years supporting executives or individuals in demanding personal assistant roles—experience in both spheres valued.
- Tech Proficiency: Skilled with Microsoft Office, virtual meeting platforms, travel tools, and email/calendar systems.
- Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, capable of representing the Principals with poise and discretion.
- Flexible & Responsive: Ready to adapt schedule and responsibilities as needs evolve—early mornings, evenings, or travel coverage may be required.
