Remote SLP Independent Contractor (California)
Location: Remote | K-12 Caseload
Are you a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in California looking for a full-time, flexible role where you can make a direct impact on students lives? Were seeking an experienced SLP to provide virtual therapy services to students K-12. This 1099 independent contractor position offers you the flexibility to work from home, manage your own schedule, and engage in a truly meaningful way with students in need.
What Youll Be Doing:

• Providing teletherapy sessions to students with various speech and language disorders
• Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
• Participating in IEP meetings and working closely with educators and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child
• Documenting student progress and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner
• Navigating the challenges of virtual therapy while building strong relationships with students and families

Ideal Candidate:

• Must hold a valid California SLP license
• 2 years previous experience in a school-based setting
• Comfort with virtual therapy platforms and educational technology
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively
• A passion for working with students and making a lasting impact on their educational journey
