What we do
We partner with big 3 consulting firms to design, develop, and maintain complex, heterogeneous, and client facing web-based automation systems that deliver social and welfare benefits to millions of families, nationwide. To develop such highly complex web applications we need professionals with broad range of experience and skills ranging from subject matter experts, computer programmers, project managers, tester, systems analysts and others. We invest in training our employees and retool their expertise to meet our project needs.
Role Title: Project Manager
Location: Perkins, FL
Duration: 28+ Months
Job Responsibilities:
- Experience as an operations specialist or in a similar role.
- Experience with Project management and leadership.
- Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
- Strong people management and organizational skills.
- Interact with the Department’s team to address issues as directed by the Department.
- Coordinate with Department’s personnel to develop processes, procedures, and materials as directed by the Department.
- Create and update as necessary a standard operation procedures handbook and/or other systems as directed by Department.
- Oversee assigned projects timeline to ensure all deadlines are met as directed by Department.
- Develop any mandated and ad hoc reports as requested by Department.
- Conduct inquiries via phone call utilizing the Department’s Questionnaire as directed.
- Review, approve and forward Notice of Violation letters to the Department as directed.
- Hold weekly meetings with the Department to check on status of pending cases, Warning
- Letters and Notice of Violations as directed.
- Conduct follow-up communication activities as needed.
- Conduct research online for potential violations as directed by the Department.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Department.
Job may require travel to unanticipated client sites with expenses paid by the employer. 40 hours per week. M-F. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Email resumes to crm@fourci.com or ashish.kumar@fourci.com
