Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Onsite in Deerfield Beach, FL
6 Month Contract to Hire
Pay Rate: $20-$22 Hourly Based On Experience

Insight Global is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support a client that is a multi‐regional producer of cement, aggregate, ready‐mix concrete, and fly ash processing across the eastern United States. This role is based onsite in Deerfield Beach, Florida, and will support customer interactions, administrative functions, and sales‐related processes in a fast‐paced environment.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of administrative or customer service experience (sales or accounting preferred)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication, problem‐solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Oracle or SAP a plus
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
- Team‐oriented, proactive, and coachable
Nice to Have Skills/Experience
- Bilingual
- Call center experience
- Ready‐mix or construction materials knowledge
