Job DescriptionEstablished multi-disciplined consulting firm is looking to add a talented Senior Structural Project Manager to their Madison, Wisconsin team!

Responsibilities:

• Project management responsibilities
  
• Assist with business development including marketing/strategy
  
• Lead proposal development/statements of qualifications
  
• Evaluate Go/No-Go decisions
  
• Define scope, budgets and schedules
  
• Develop PMP and QA/QC strategies
  
• Assemble internal/external teams
  
• Establish stakeholder engagement strategies
  
• Lead/facilitate meetings
  
• Oversee milestone deliver/document quality
  
• Review complex technical documentation/calculations
  
• Monitor/control project budget, scope and schedule
  
• Manage invoicing/receivables
  
• Identify scope creep and secure amendments
  
• Ensure completed project meets client satisfaction
  
• Mentor/train junior staff
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
  
• 8+ years of project management experience
  
• 7+ years of project management experience with an advanced degree
  
• 10+ years of program management experience if unlicensed
  
• PE and/or SE license preferred
  
• Advanced knowledge of project financials (WIP, billings, budget vs. actual)
  
• Experience successfully managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects
  
• Experience negotiating scope, budget amendments, and sensitive financial discussions
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
