Medical Scheduler – Call Center Environment (Sandy Springs/Atlanta)

Our client is seeking an experienced Scheduler to join their team in a fast-paced call center setting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience scheduling in a medical office and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule patient appointments using Allscripts.
• Provide excellent customer service while communicating with patients and staff.
• Handle a high volume of calls in a professional and efficient manner.
• Work collaboratively with team members and adapt to different personalities.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of medical office and scheduling experience required.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette and polished, professional communication.
• Reliable transportation and dependable work ethic.

Details:

• Schedule: Second Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday with a half hour lunch
• Location: Sandy Springs/Atlanta
• Pay Rate: $19–$20/hour (based on experience)
