Support student learning and school operations as a Substitute Paraprofessional in this flexible, on-call role. Provide day-to-day assistance in classrooms, help manage student behavior, and assist with instructional tasks during staff absences.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• Prior work in schools, camps, or childcare preferred

• Effective communicator with strong attention to detail

• Ability to take direction and respond to student needs professionally

• Commitment to supporting students in both academic and social development

Key Duties:

• Support classroom instruction and daily routines

• Provide individual and group support to students

• Monitor student safety in classrooms, hallways, and outdoor areas

• Reinforce behavioral expectations and classroom norms

• Follow school guidelines and communicate effectively with staff
