Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Architect to join our team, responsible for designing innovative and functional structures that meet client specifications and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will excel in both creative and technical aspects of architectural design, contributing to projects from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders
- Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and other design software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and compliance with codes
- Conduct site assessments and evaluations to inform design decisions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in architecture and design
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Licensed Architect with relevant certification
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/ArchiCAD is a must, and experience with Revit or Grasshopper is a plus
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles
- Experience with BIM and MEP coordination is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
