Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Demonstrated experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care nursing
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Previous travel nursing experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, assess, and implement individualized care plans for Stepdown patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications, manage drips, and interpret cardiac rhythms
