$121,000 - $143,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Take all necessary measures to ensure that ethical and legal compliance regulations are being followed by staff when handling insurance investigation claims
- Monitor the branch’s financial performance and ensure we’re meeting sales targets
- Recruit, train, develop, and supervise insurance agents with high potential and turn them into top performers to gain new customers and drive sales
- Examine current company policies, make suggestions for improvements and implement new policies for the branch when necessary
- Leverage actuary data to strategically set premiums and maximize branch profit and use predictive modeling to determine risk and liability of payment of future benefits
Qualifications:
- Must have active insurance agent license in your state
- B.A. in business or finance
- Over 5 years of experience in the insurance industry in a management position
- Great interpersonal, communication, leadership, and management skills
- Must be well-versed in the different types of insurance, insurance plans, insurance products current insurance policies, policy requirements, laws, and regulations
