PATHS, LLC offers a broad range of account receivable management, patient advocacy, and consultation services to assist the needs of our healthcare clients. Our 4 offices in PA, NJ, and DE are home to 400 employees and that serve over 100 clients. Healthcare providers we service include: hospitals, physician groups, rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing, clinics, emergency departments, medical transport, home health, and behavioral health.

PATHS, LLC is seeking a Pennie Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator for Columbia, Union and Centre Counties

We are looking for a dedicated professional to represent PATHS,LLC at community events across Pennsylvania. This role focuses on educating individuals and families about health insurance options and assisting them with enrollment through Pennie, the Pennsylvania Health Insurance Exchange Authority.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide outreach and enrollment support at weekly community events and assist patients through the Medicaid/Pennie application process.

-Educate community members about the financial savings and high-quality health insurance plans available through Pennie.

- Assist individuals in exploring health insurance options and accessing financial assistance to reduce premiums and healthcare costs.
- Counsel patients on navigating medical bills, understanding insurance benefits, and identifying available financial resources.

-Travel regularly to community events (mileage reimbursement provided).

- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.


Requirements:

Requirements

- Bilingual, English to Spanish- Required- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and car insurance- Experience working in healthcare facility, insurance billing, Medicaid eligibility, or social work preferred.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal- Trustworthy, detail and goal oriented, organized- Comfortability working in a hospital environment- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Outlook/ Word, and Excel. Applicant must pass a criminal background check and drug screen prior to start. Physical Exam, PPD screening, and immunization records are also required. Minimum high school diploma or GED is also required. Work schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm May include some evenings and weekends Company offers competitive salary and excellent benefits package and 401k match program.
