Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Hourly + Commission (Uncapped)

Position Overview


We are a well-established local flooring company seeking a motivated Flooring Sales Associate to join our team in Colorado Springs. This role is primarily showroom-based with occasional in-home visits for measurements and project coordination.

If you have a passion for sales, an eye for design, and a strong understanding of flooring products, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a fast-paced, customer-first business.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
  
  
• Guide clients through product selection (carpet, vinyl, laminate, hardwood, tile, etc.)
  
  
• Visit homes for measurements and install preparation
  
  
• Generate detailed quotes and follow up with leads
  
  
• Build lasting relationships with retail customers, property managers, and commercial clients
  
  
• Maintain product knowledge and showroom presentation
  
  
• Coordinate with installation teams and vendors
  
  
• Track all leads, quotes, and communications through CRM system
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of flooring sales experience (retail, property management, or commercial)
  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  
  
• Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, quoting tools)
  
  
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  
  
• Comfortable conducting in-home visits for estimates
