We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our client's team in Moraine, Ohio. Responsibilities:
• Process and manage full-cycle payroll operations for employees across multiple states.
• Ensure compliance with union agreements and regulations related to payroll procedures.
• Maintain accurate records for local taxes and deductions.
• Utilize Viewpoint Spectrum software to streamline payroll processes and reporting.
• Handle payroll for a workforce of over 500 employees, ensuring timely and accurate compensation.
• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.
• Monitor and implement changes to payroll regulations to maintain compliance.
• Prepare detailed payroll reports and summaries for management review.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration.
• Proficiency in managing full-cycle payroll processes.
• Demonstrated experience with multi-state payroll systems.
• Familiarity with Viewpoint Spectrum is not required. This would be a ++
• Knowledge of union payroll practices and local tax regulations.
• Ability to handle payroll for large employee groups, over 500 individuals.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail - excel
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
