Job Title: Medical Reimbursement Specialist
Location: Onsite – Crest Hill, IL
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Reimbursement Specialist to join our team in Crest Hill, IL. This is a fully onsite position, ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and is passionate about ensuring accurate and timely medical billing and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage medical billing and reimbursement claims
  • Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Collaborate with insurance companies and healthcare providers to ensure proper reimbursement
  • Maintain accurate records of billing activities and patient accounts
  • Stay up to date with industry regulations and payer requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing and collections
  • Strong knowledge of insurance guidelines, including Medicare and Medicaid
  • Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
