RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Pharmacist for a 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity in Los Alamos, New Mexico. This role offers the chance to transition into a permanent position with a reputable healthcare facility, making it a great step for pharmacists looking to advance their career while serving the local community.

Responsibilities:

Accurately review and verify prescriptions and medication orders.
Oversee the preparation, dispensing, and distribution of medications.
Provide patient counseling and ensure safe, effective use of medications.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.

Shift:

Monday - Friday: 8:30am 6:30pm
Saturday:9:00am 2:00pm (Rotating)

Requirements:

NM Pharmacist License Active and Clear
Experience with non-sterile compounding is a plus
Background in high-volume pharmacy is a plus
Open to new grads
