Street Agent – Assist Wireless
Position Overview:
A Street Agent for Assist Wireless is an independent contractor responsible for promoting, marketing, and driving sales of Assist Wireless products and services directly in their community. This role focuses on building relationships with potential customers, educating them on the benefits of Assist Wireless, and assisting them with signing up for wireless services. Street Agents serve as the face of the brand and help expand the company’s customer base through direct outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Assist Wireless products and services in assigned territories.
- Engage with potential customers in-person, over the phone, or via community events.
- Assist customers with understanding plans, offers, and service benefits.
- Complete customer sign-ups accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed sales goals set by management.
- Represent Assist Wireless professionally at all times.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently in the field.
- Ability to educate and explain wireless products and services clearly.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
