Position Title: Office Manager
Location: Linwood, PA
Compensation: $65,000 annually
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule:
· Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
· Every other Saturday | 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM (paid at time and a half, in addition to salary)
Position Summary
The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations while managing the company’s financial processes. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong accounting and managerial experience who is comfortable handling monthly and year-to-date financial reporting, budgeting, and cash management.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily office operations in a small business environment
· Prepare monthly and year-to-date financial statements
· Develop and manage annual budgets
· Manage company cash flow and financial records
· Utilize Excel and QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial reporting
· Support leadership with financial insight and operational organization
· Maintain professionalism and strong communication with staff and clients
Qualifications
· Prior Office Manager, Accounting, or Managerial experience required
· Strong working knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks
· Experience preparing financial reports, budgets, and managing cash
· High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
· Ability to work independently in a small-office setting
