Job DescriptionWe’re a well-established, fast-growing HVAC/R company with deep roots—family-owned and operating since 1971. With 95 dedicated team members and a solid 18-month backlog of signed work, we’re actively looking to add Service Technicians to meet growing demand. You’ll leave from home, drive a company van directly to the job site, and get paid to do what you do best—fix and maintain systems. No yard check-in, no travel work, and no seasonal slowdowns. This is stable, local work with a company that hasn’t had layoffs (outside of 6 weeks during COVID) in over 15 years. We’re open to candidates from all backgrounds—whether you’ve worked residential, commercial, gone to trade school, or learned hands-on in the field. What matters most is experience in HVAC/R, a 608 Universal Certification is a MUST, and a background that meets our standards. This is a non-union environment with excellent earning potential. On top of your base rate, overtime is available and our technicians regularly earn $5,000–$10,000 in additional incentives and bonuses annually. We invest in people who invest in their craft. We’re also hiring Residential Installers and will soon be hiring a Commercial Estimator to prepare for a leadership transition.
