Full time (36-40 hrs/week) CNA Contracts available
in Thomas, West Virginia nursing home
Local and Travel Contracts Available (on-site housing!!!)
Estimated Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 3p-11p or 3p-3a, every other weekend rotation
Length: 6weeks

- skills inventory
- COVID Immunization card (strongly preferred)
- Flu vaccine (if you have one)
Once hired we will ask for: (if you have it readily available, it will expedite the process)
- Driver's license
- TB test and Physical (within the last year)
- Hep B immunization (will accept declination form)
- criminal background
- WV Cares - you may be required to do fingerprints
- dementia training
Housing: The facility offers onsite housing for CNAs for $600/mo. It is a 2 bedroom efficiency apartment on the facility campus recently built for travelers and is within walking distance of the facility. The facility requires that travelers have a reliable vehicle to obtain their groceries, etc. Two CNAs share an apartment with separate bedrooms but shared living space.
