We are seeking a highly motivated and coachable Business Development Associate to join our firm. This role is ideal for a high-energy individual with a sales background, who is enthusiastic about connecting with wealth management prospects and helping them understand the value of working with a trusted fiduciary.
This role is an excellent entry point for someone who is curious about the wealth management industry and wants to get in on the ground floor of building a high-impact sales team.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively engage prospective clients via phone, email, and other outbound strategies to generate meetings with qualified wealth management leads

Collaborate closely with advisors and the marketing and business development team to align messaging with the sales process and optimize lead conversion strategies

Continuously refine sales scripts, objection-handling techniques, and conversion tactics through training and feedback

Manage and track outreach using our CRM with attention to detail

Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional phone presence

Represent the firm’s values and services clearly and compellingly to high-net-worth individuals and other prospects

Network in the community and with COI’s
Requirements

1-3 years of sales, lead generation, or outbound calling experience (e.g., call center, inside sales, SaaS, or similar roles).

A confident and compelling communicator with the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone

Highly coachable with a growth mindset and strong desire to learn and advance

Strong organizational skills and fluency in Salentica or other CRM tools

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Tech-savvy, adaptable, and efficient with productivity tools and systems

Interest in wealth management or financial services
