What You’ll Do:

• Supervise behavioral technicians to ensure effective program implementation
• Conduct thorough behavioral assessments
• Develop and customize client-specific programs
• Provide parent training to support progress outside of sessions
• Take on other meaningful responsibilities as needed

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis (or related field)
• Current BCBA certification or BCBA eligibility
• Michigan BCBA licensure required
• Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience (BCaBA candidates will also be considered)

Our Hours & Flexibility:

• The ABA Center operates from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM during the school year
• In-home services available throughout the day until 7:30 PM
