We’re a Springfield plating company growing our production team with full-time, temp-to-hire hires across plating and finishing. If you’ve worked in plating, metal finishing, or chemical manufacturing—or want to learn in a hands-on environment—this could be the perfect fit.
What you’ll do
- Rack parts accurately per established specs and procedures.
- Follow written and verbal instructions and use basic math for counts and measurements.
- Inspect racked products and report defects or issues to the supervisor right away.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow safety rules without exception.
- Partner with teammates to meet production targets and improve throughput.
What makes you a great match
- Background in manufacturing or warehouse settings is preferred, not required.
- Reliability in following instructions and safety guidelines.
- Strong detail orientation and commitment to quality control.
- Able to work in humid/hot conditions and around chemical odors; not allergic or sensitive to chemicals.
- Comfort with machine building/assembling tasks.

Hours & compensation
- Schedule: 1st shift 6am-4:30pm M-F and alternating Saturdays 6am-11am
- Pay: $18.00-$21hr, depending on position and experience
