Position Summary
We’re looking for a versatile Digital Marketing Manager (individual contributor role) who will combine creativity, technical know-how, and a passion for delivering measurable marketing results. This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing, front-end web development, and event execution—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales and marketing team members to build and optimize marketing campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and support pre and post-event marketing efforts. This role reports to our Sr. Director, Marketing Operations.
The Contribution:
- Create and manage HubSpot workflows, forms, landing pages, and email campaigns following best practices for conversion and engagement.
- Manage and publish content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) for both organic and paid campaigns.
- Build and maintain marketing web pages and landing pages in Webflow (or similar CMS) with strong attention to layout, responsiveness, and brand consistency.
- Implement and optimize forms, Typeform integrations, and conversion tracking tools.
- Support pre and post-event marketing for trade shows, conferences, and webinars—including digital promotion, registration set up and follow-up campaigns.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and platform insights.
- Use data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and recommend new ideas for improving digital marketing effectiveness.

You bring to the organization the following:
- Minimum 3–5 years related experiences in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or technology environment.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and Webflow. Calendly and Typeform is a plus.
- Proven success working within a fast-moving, high-performance organization and establishing strong relationships across all functions
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end web best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively across the full spectrum of internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Strong grasp of email marketing, paid/organic social, and digital analytics.
- Experience coordinating marketing support for events (in-person or virtual).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of success driving strong positive results within a digital business context
- Collaborative mindset with experience working closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Basic understanding of SEO and UX principles.
- Location: Maryland/ DC/ VA metro area preferred (In office w/ hybrid flexibility)
