What You’ll Be Doing…
As a key member of our Finance team, you will:
Financial Leadership & Reporting
- Lead U.S. accounting operations including general ledger, financial reporting, cost/inventory accounting, and period-end closures.
- Ensure timely and accurate budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure clear communication on actuals vs Forecast for the US businesses.
- Deliver proactive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinates US Capex investments activities.
- Support the Operations leadership teams for the US plants.
- Business Partner at a Global Level for our Industrial Motion Business.
Technical Accounting & Operations
- Oversee technical accounting functions: invoicing, costing, inventory, payroll/labor, and GL processes.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable to optimize working capital and operational efficiency.
- Maintain proficiency in global financial systems to ensure data integrity and effective decision support.
Controls & Integration
- Maintain and enhance internal control policies and procedures.
- Support acquisition integration by aligning new processes with existing business standards.
Team Development & Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering ownership and accountability.
- Promote continuous learning and professional development through training and industry engagement.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and ad-hoc requests across departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For…
We’re seeking a team member who:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a global manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and internal controls.
- Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
