Salary Range: $48,000 - $74,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform complex setups and changeovers of various presses, including tooling and die installation and adjustments.
- Operate manufacturing presses efficiently and safely, monitoring machine performance and output.
- Conduct in-process quality inspections, measure parts using precision instruments, and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Identify and resolve machine malfunctions, tooling issues, and production problems promptly.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on presses and associated equipment.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts, ensuring proper material flow.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience operating and setting up various types of manufacturing presses.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and minor adjustments.
- Commitment to safety protocols and quality control procedures.
Bonus Qualifications
- Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment
- Basic machine maintenance and repair skills
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency with advanced metrology equipment (e.g., CMM, optical comparators)
