Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with a focus on Hand Surgery to become a part of our vibrant and expanding team. This role provides a chance to thrive in a supportive, faith-oriented academic setting that prioritizes teaching and mentorship.

Position Highlights:

  • Become a member of a bustling practice featuring over 16 orthopedic surgeons and 4 physician assistants.
  • Play an active role in the education of 25 orthopedic surgery residents and 2 hand fellows.
  • Participate in a collaborative atmosphere that emphasizes patient care, research, and educational initiatives.
  • Faculty members may be eligible for federal student loan forgiveness programs.

Situated in Southern California’s Inland Empire, our location is the only Blue Zone in the United States, celebrated for its commitment to health and longevity. Nestled at the foot of the San Bernardino Mountains, the area provides convenient access to beaches, skiing, hiking, and various outdoor activities, all while offering a low cost of living and highly-rated educational institutions.

Compensation & Benefits:

The anticipated total annual compensation ranges from $450,000 to $550,000.

This range includes variable compensation and is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) work schedule, as detailed in the department's compensation plan. The starting base salary, which is adjusted based on experience and/or faculty rank, is expected to be between $405,000 and $495,000. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
