Schedule: Monday – Friday

The ideal candidate is a strong relationshipbuilder with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fastpaced, collaborative environment and enjoys guiding customers through creative projects.Position SummaryIn this customerfacing role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients looking to enhance their brand visibility. From answering inquiries and preparing quotes to coordinating production and ensuring ontime delivery, you will play a key role in guiding each project from initial concept through installation.Essential Job Duties
- Serve as the primary contact for walkin customers, phone calls, and email inquiries
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and provide clear, friendly communication throughout each project
- Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure project accuracy and timely completion
- Track project progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain detailed documentation
- Offer creative suggestions to help customers achieve the best visual impact
- Manage multiple active projects while supporting approximately 5–10 walkin customers daily
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills, both written and verbal, including inperson interactions
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment
- Detailoriented with solid project coordination and followthrough skills
- Comfort working with designrelated products or creative solutions (preferred)
- Willingness to learn; entrylevel candidates are encouraged to apply
