Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook grilled food items according to recipes and standards
- Operate and maintain grill equipment safely and efficiently

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cooking and prep areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous grill cook or line cook experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
