Compensation and Schedule
- Hourly Wage: $37.00 - $43.50, depending on experience, with an additional $2.75 per hour for night shifts.
- Work Hours: Full-time, Night Shift from 6 PM to 6 AM.

Key Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse will employ the nursing process to plan and deliver direct care to assigned residents. Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and executing shift routines within the designated nursing unit.
- Monitoring and evaluating the activities of staff as the designated leader, in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
- Assuming "Building Charge" duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or their designee.
- Conducting physical and cognitive assessments of residents.
- Maintaining open communication with supervisors, colleagues, and incoming shifts.
- Making rounds to assess residents' physical and psychosocial well-being.
- Assigning tasks to staff to ensure residents' needs are met.
- Documenting all incidents and maintaining accurate records as per facility policies.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in Colorado.
- Experience in long-term care is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions.
- Customer service-oriented with knowledge of effective service techniques.
- Proficient in using computers and electronic devices for documentation and timekeeping.
- Familiarity with Antibiotic Stewardship, Infection Prevention, and OSHA guidelines.
