Job DescriptionMetro Services is seeking to immediately fill E-Coat Unloader positions for a Manufacturing company in Tipton, IN. This is a Temp-to-Hire job. Apply now!Duties for this position include:• Unload coated parts from the E-Coat production line and prepare them for the next stage of production• Inspect parts for quality and ensure finished products meet company standards• Move materials and completed products throughout the production area• Push and pull carts containing materials and finished products as needed• Utilize barcode scanners, computers, and monitors to track production and inventory• Maintain an organized and clean work area while following all safety procedures• Perform repetitive production tasks efficiently and accurately• Support production goals and assist with additional duties as assignedCompensation (USD):$17.00/hourSchedule:2nd ShiftMonday – Friday4:15 p.m. – 12:45 a.m.Occasional overtime may be required.Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:• Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 35 pounds• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity• Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently and accurately• Ability to push and pull carts throughout the production floor• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality• Basic computer skills are a plus but not required; training will be provided• Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentWHY APPLY FOR A JOB AT METRO SERVICES?If you're ready to take hold of your career, we can help you start down the right path, and we'll be with you the whole way.
