as you will be the first point of contact for clients and a representative of the company’s values.
Responsibilities:
- Handle client communications with apolished, professional phone voice and customer-focused approach.
- Independently process all incoming orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Verify unit costs and applicable discounts for every item on purchase orders; match purchase orders to sales orders with precision.
- Proactively process and resolve any necessary corrections, deletions, or additions to purchase orders, promptly notifying the warehouse before orders ship.
- Maintain high attention to detail while juggling multiple tasks in a deadline-driven setting.
