MOVE FORWARD WITH USWhat you will be doing:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for salaried positions across the US & Canada.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategic hiring plans.
  • Sourcing passive and active candidates utilizing various channels (LinkedIn, Job Boards, Referrals, ATS, etc.).
  • Screening prospective candidates through interviews, evaluations, and assessments.
  • Coordinating interview processes and scheduling candidate selection discussions.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (required)
  • Three plus years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related experience (required)
  • Experience sourcing and screening passive & active candidates through various recruitment channels (required)
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders across various regions (preferred)
