You will hold uninterrupted consultation calls; gather facts, deadlines, and documents; apply conflict and practice-area screens in real time; quote and close retainers through digital signature and payment capture; create or update matter records in Clio with zero data gaps; draft concise hand-off summaries that let attorneys begin substantive work immediately; and track weekly intake metrics—conversion percentages, call lengths, and reasons for non-engagement—reporting trends to leadership for continuous pipeline improvement.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $100,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of legal intake, client services, or consultative sales experience with a documented record of closing retainers.

• Proficiency in Clio (or similar practice-management software) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for tracking and reporting.

• Clear, persuasive telephone communication and concise notetaking.

• Strict personal organization and attention to detail; zero tolerance for incomplete data fields.
