Our client is a real estate firm. They seek a temp to perm Office Manager to join their Manhattan, NY office.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors and callers by greeting guests upon arrival and answering incoming phone calls
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, office equipment, kitchen items, and pantry stock
  • Manage conference room scheduling and preparation
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Research contracts for recurring office services and equipment, and approve invoices
  • Maintain organized document storage and filing systems
  • Support employee expense reimbursements
  • Prepare lease agreements, onboarding communication, and building memos
  • Coordinate with building staff, tenants, and vendors to ensure smooth operations


Requirements

  • Real estate- residential experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and professional
  • Notary experience is a plus
  • Yardi software experience is a plus
